Black Eye = $5

So some of you know that Carter got his first major Boo Boo and had a black eye. I wouldnt call it a true black eye...but his eye lid was bruised. Anyways in the Hardman Family (Nannie and Poppop tradition) A black eye equals $5.00!!! So Nannie and PopPop gave Carter five dollars in quarters and we got his piggy bank out. Also from Nannie and PopPop from when he was born. He LOVED putting every quarter and actually cried when we ran out. lol But he stopped crying when he figured out he could shake the bank and hear the money inside.
